The Zone Visitor/Servant [male or female] works at the World Headquarters of the YORWW Congregation, giving direction, guidance and spiritual leadership for 9 Divisions (9 Division Visitors/Servants) in his/her care, thus serving a vital need and making a invaluable contribution to kingdom interests earthwide. This means the Zone Visitor/Servant is responsible for some 90 Branch Facilities, 1,350 districts and 13,500 circuits and approx. 135,000 Intimate Groups under the Zone's assigned jurisdiction. Due to the vastness, weightiness and scope of this assignment, the Zone Visitor/Servant will most certainly possess the spiritual qualifications shown at 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, and 1 Peter 5:2, 3.
When traveling with the Division Visitor on an official 3-Day visit, the Zone Visitor/Servant will automatically become the Primary teacher & Shepherd for any special meeting held at the Branch Facility, instructing all Branch Personnel present, all invited DVs and CVs during the special visit. The same would be true when the Zone Visitor officially visits any designated Intimate Groups during his/her stay.
In addition, the Zone Visitor/Servant will be expected to meet quarterly with invited Branch Leadership from around the globe at YORWW World Headquarters (on the 10th week) to provide specialized bible instruction, training and encouragement for those few who have been entrusted with weighty assignments in Branch Leadership. It is hoped this special arrangement will help expedite the smooth transition of necessary matters in Branch Leadership, for the full advancement of Kingdom Interests within each assigned Zone Area.
The Zone Visitor/Servant will cover nine (9) Divisions over a 9-week period, with the 10th week being devoted to a special private meeting with the MDS and headquarters staff at YORWW.
The Zone Visitor/Servant will prove to be a full-time position with financial compensation provided from the headquarters of YORWW to care for the domestic needs of this full-time minister of God. (See 1 Corinthians 9:6-10, Galatians 6:6.) These full-time ministers will all receive 2 weeks paid vacation each quarter, that's 4 times a year, (weeks 11 & 12 of each quarter) with an additional paid week provided them to attend a special meeting at the YORWW World Headquarters for Home Office Executive Staff (MDS, Golden Altar Staff, Zone Visitors & Divisions Visitors) on the 13th week of each quarter to receive specialized bible instruction & the new curriculum for the next quarter. By authorizing this unique arrangement among God's Name People, the Modern Day Servant will fulfill a unique prophecy found at 1 Samuel 2:35, 36.
*Level No. 12* In Spiritual Growth For the Disciple: The "Golden Altar Horns"
A YORWW Congregation "Golden Altar" Member, occupies the HIGHEST LEVEL of authority within the ranks of the YORWW itself, since these ones all accepted the Modern Day Servant's Message while in the wilderness, quite some time before...yes, BEFORE the Male Child's Birth...a tremendous feat within itself!
Indeed, when the full story is told of the deeds of this small group of individuals, when it becomes known of their "works" of faith, in the face of tremendous Satanic odds in this old wicked world under his control, yes, the faith, the integrity, the loyalty, the perseverance and self-sacrifice displayed on a daily basis by the Golden Altar Staff Members ... when this full story is told in the future about what these people endured to accomplish all such things spoken about them, well ... Burney, have no doubt this feat on their parts, will surely be viewed by all faithful servants of Jehovah God earth wide, past and present as indeed, marvelous and nothing short of legendary. The "Golden Altar" Staff is presently comprised of five (5) especially loyal and devoted servants of Jehovah, who will ultimately take the lead as shepherds or shepherdesses among this special group of faithful servants of Jehovah known as the YORWW Congregation. Therefore it goes without saying, all members of the "Golden Altar" Staff, will always strive to possess and display at all times the spiritual qualifications shown at 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, and 1 Peter 5:2, 3 while carrying out their respective duties and responsibilities at YORWW Headquarters.
Interestingly, the five (5) "Golden Altar" positions have already been filled by five (5) baptized, dedicated Jehovah's Witnesses ... unique persons of God's Choosing, who have (1) maintained long records of faithful service as one of Jehovah's Witnesses at the kingdom hall under the leadership of the Watchtower Society, as well as (2) maintaining a faithful course while under the direction of the Modern Day "Servant" and "Chieftain" of God's Temple Arrangement upon earth, administered as the Scapegoat Covenant. (Leviticus 16:10) This being the case, these very special five (5) "chosen" individuals of God, are persons with a special refined "tested" quality of faith, individuals who were selected from among Jehovah's Witnesses, and "granted" true understanding of "Divine Truths" by Jehovah God, thereby demonstrating their worthiness of this special calling of God, by TRULY BELIEVING and expressing GENUINE FAITH in God's message, and further demonstrating this faith by accompanying "works" on a consistent basis. (James 1:3; 1 Peter 1:7; James 2:26) To be sure, each and every member of the "Golden Altar" Staff have amply demonstrated over a sufficient period of time outstanding, unswerving devotion and undying loyalty to Jehovah God, all to the full honor and glory of God's Great Name and Sacred Word, BEFORE and AFTER officially leaving the wicked leadership of the Watchtower Society, where they were fully exposed to the diabolical vile, unsavory and faithless influence of the apostate national membership of Jehovah's Witnesses organization, individually-speaking. (Matthew 13:11; Isaiah 10:6) It is for these reasons and others we whole-heartedly believe Almighty Jehovah God has officially approved the appointment of these special, highly spiritual individuals for the very weighty positions of responsibility for ultra-top leadership within the YORWW Congregational Arrangement. -- Luke 12:48b

This is so because these privileged few individuals get to see and monitor the spiritual growth of the worldwide operations, branch facilities, district facilities from all over the globe. *The Top Level of Leadership For The YORWW Congregation:* The Modern Day Servant & Temple Chieftain*
PLEASE NOTE: The Modern Day Servant is NOT technically considered a part of the YORWW Congregation but is considered the "Head" of the worldwide congregation, just like Christ Jesus was in the first century for the anointed church of first century heaven-bound believers. Therefore, in this unique role, the Modern Day "Servant" of Isaiah 49:1-7, then becomes the "Spirit" who along with the "bride" [anointed YORWW Church] gives the official "invite" to drink "freely" of the "Living Waters" of Truth flowing from the Temple or Tabernacle of Jehovah God, to all mankind. -- Ezekiel 47:1-12; Revelation 21:3, 4; Revelation 22:1, 2, 17
Therefore for these reasons, the Modern Day "Servant" and Temple "Chieftain" has been singularly & personally trained and discharged by Almighty God Jehovah Himself, as well as His "Only-Begotten" Son Jesus Christ, to provide experienced leadership, spiritual guidance and loving care for His Kingdom Interests earth wide. When the many righteous resurrected dead come back from the grave, men such as Abel, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Samuel, David, Daniel and oh so many other faithful ones of the past, then the Grand Prophecy will be fulfilled when it says:
"In place of your forefathers there will come to be YOUR SONS, Whom you will appoint as princes in all the earth." -- Psalms 45:16
Yes, these faithful ones that are resurrected to life on earth, will indeed become "princes" in all the earth, and thus become the blessed "sons" of the foretold "Seed of Eve," the "Lord of the whole earth," yes, the Modern Day "Servant"...Think about it. -- Genesis 3:15; Revelation 5:13; Isaiah 9:6, 7; Zechariah 4:14; Revelation 11:4
Therefore, in this most "blessed," Godly Ordained capacity, as indicated at Psalms 118:26, the Modern Day "Servant" becomes ultimately, the one who is MOST RESPONSIBLE for all...all Kingdom Interests Earthwide...yes, all people, all humanity, earthwide. -- See Isaiah 49:5, 6.
As prophetically foretold at Isaiah 28:16, the Temple "Chieftain," namely Donald Curtis Burney, indeed, will obediently and dutifully offer spiritual guidance, direction and loving care for the spiritual interests of ALL ISRAEL, as well as ALL ABRAHAMIC NATIONS earthwide, who wish to obediently serve Jehovah in righteousness...at the foot of Mt. Zion (or the "Mountain of Decoration") upon earth. Repentant Jehovah's witnesses or "Male Child" members of bible prophecy, who are also prophetically shown to be the "Stick of Judah" members; these are Jehovah's witnesses who voluntarily leave JW Organization because of the wickedness seen there and willingly join the YORWW Congregation immediately after God's Divine Direction. These become the first large group of God's Name People to accept the Scapegoat Covenant and join the YORWW Family. Because of their faithful course, these are allowed to "rest from their labors" and enter into God's "Great Rest Day" in the Paradise of God on earth. -- Eze. 37:15-20; Isa. 66:5-9, Rev. 9:14, 15; Rev. 12:5; Hebrews 4:10; Rev. 14:13
Revelation 12:10, 11 speaks of God's Grand Salvation of the Heaven-Exalted "Male Child" by saying,
10 "Now, have come to pass the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ, because the accuser of our brothers has been hurled down, who accuses them day and night before our God! 11 And they conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the world of their witnessing, and they did not love their souls even in the face of death."
Repentant EX-Jehovah's witnesses who have left the Jehovah's Witnesses Organization because the wickedness seen and experienced there, perhaps many years ago, and since that time have been re-grouped by Jehovah God, to form the "stick of Israel." These willingly decide to join the YORWW Congregation AFTER the Male Child has been organized and added to the YORWW Arrangement. They are the second large group of God's Name People to accept the Scapegoat Covenant and join the YORWW Family. Because of their faithful course, these are allowed to "rest from their labors" and enter into God's "Great Rest Day" in the Paradise of God on earth. -- Ezekiel 34th chapter, Ezekiel 37:1-14, Ezekiel 37:15-20; Hebrews 4:10; Rev. 14:13
Zephaniah 3:18-20 speaks of such EX-Jehovah's witnesses, who have over the years endured much "grief" from their fellow brothers at the kingdom halls, and have been strangely found "absent" from the "festal seasons" celebrated at meetings of Jehovah's witnesses. It will be in this setting, that Jehovah performs His Grand Act of Salvation toward these "grief-stricken," "absent" ones from God's Household. Jehovah states:
18 "The ones grief-stricken in absence from [your] festal season I shall certainly gather together; absent from you they happened to be, because of bearing reproach on her account. 19 Here I am acting against all those afflicting you, at that time; and I will save her that is limping, and her that is dispersed I shall collect together. And I will set them as a praise and as a name in all the land of their shame. 20 At that time I shall bring YOU people in, even in the time of my collecting YOU together. For I shall make YOU people to be a name and a praise among all the peoples of the earth, when I gather back YOUR captive ones before YOUR eyes, Jehovah has said."
2. ALL REPENTANT, OBEDIENT MEMBERS OF "ISRAEL" WHO ARE NON-YORWW CONGREGATION MEMBERSHIP which includes:
All Jehovah's witnesses who repent and wish to join the YORWW Arrangement (approx. 1/3 of the present number of Jehovah's witnesses or around 3 million worldwide) AFTER the events of the "Great Tribulation" of persecution have expired upon all Jehovah's witnesses. (Matthew 24:21, 22, 29; Revelation 7:14; Revelation 12:13) Included in this number would be all reformers or members of TWMC ["Two Witnesses Must Come" Movement] who repent only AFTER they see the 200 million formed, and begin to lend support to the YORWW Arrangement, after they see the miraculous Hand of God. -- See Isaiah 55:13.
Finally, in this number would be included any repentant Jehovah's Witness who refuses to get the "mark of the beast" but will obediently and willingly accept Godly Discipline from Jehovah's Hand, and will continue to dwell in the wilderness, accepting their punishment of DISFELLOWSHIPMENT away from the face of Jehovah and the YORWW Arrangement, for a temporary period of time. -- Isaiah 30:26; Micah 4:6, 7; Daniel 11:31, 32; Zechariah 13:8, 9; Micah 7:8-10; Revelation 11:3-8; Revelation 2nd and 3rd chapters; Revelation 12:6, 14; Revelation 13:5-7; Revelation 14:1-5
