At least four Israeli soldiers were killed and more than 60 people were injured by a drone attack in north-central Israel, first responders said Sunday. The number of injuries makes the attack one of the bloodiest on Israel since the war began last October. Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for the attack. Meanwhile, the US will send about 100 troops to operate an advanced anti-missile system in Israel to help bolster its defenses.
