Russia has started the mass production of KUB-M, modular and mobile bomb shelters. The bunkers can fit over 50 people and can provide protection from radiation in case a nuclear war takes place. Iran has reportedly built a 'defensive tunnel' in Tehran after Israeli airstrikes hit IRGC targets in the capital in October. Tunnel located near Tehran center will link a station on the metro line to the Imam Khomeini hospital, allowing underground access. The development comes as Iran is preparing to launch retaliatory strikes and its third-direct attack on Israel and also after Donald Trump won the U.S. Presidential election.

Ukraine has for the first time fired US-made ATACMS missiles into Russia. Ukraine and Russia say six of the ballistic missiles targeted a military facility in Russia's western Bryansk region overnight. Moscow says five were shot down by its air defenses. Ukraine has only just received permission from the United States to fire the longer-range missiles at Russia. Moscow described the attack as an escalation marking a new phase in the war.

The Houthi rebels have taken responsibility for attack on a cargo ship on Monday night in the Red Sea. Houthi military spokesperson said that an accurate strike was launched on Anadolu S ship with naval and ballistic missiles and that it was directly hit. Yahya Saree added that the ship was attacked as it ignored repeated warnings and violated Houthi ban on entry to ships in Red Sea.
