Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians have begun returning to what is left of their homes in northern Gaza.
Reports suggest around 74% of buildings in Gaza City have been damaged or destroyed.
The mass movement of people came as Israel said eight hostages that were supposed to be released by Hamas under the ceasefire agreement were actually dead.
